Evaluation 2: How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary text?

For our second evaluation question, we have tried to give the effect that the main actors of 'Rebellion II: Rise of Kronos' are being interviewed for the News or a TV network. In this video we each talk about the ways in which we combined ideas from our magazine covers and film poster with the trailer itself. There a few moments where we go off topic, however this is just to give the effect that it is a real interview. We touch on the fact that we used synergy to link our main product and ancillary texts through the use of costume, props, clothing and the backgrounds of each product. In addition, we talk about how we actually created the poster and why we chose to give it some of the effects it has, and why these effects worked. We also mention some of the iconic images from the trailer and ancillary texts, including 'Reaper's' pistol and the tag line "You think the war is over?". We have edited in small snippets from the trailer itself to give more detail to our explanations and have also shows each magazine cover and specific parts of the poster to give a more in depth look at what we done.
